At Tigers on the Loose, we hope you love everything you order from us.
Problems are rare, but sometimes mistakes occur, so if, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, we aim to resolve issues quickly
To be eligible for a refund, return unwanted items within 30 days from the delivery date with the original receipt & order number, and we’ll process this for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within five working days.
We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and unopened.
Please note that we don’t send confirmation emails for your return, so we advise using postage service, tracking, or signature on delivery.
After ten working days, if you haven’t received your refund, please contact a member of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged or faulty orders
If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at email@example.com with
- your order number
- a photo as proof of damage.
We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or the product replaced.
