Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery — United Kingdom We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Tracking All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Personalised and Custom Printed Orders Personalised and custom printed cards are dispatched within 2-5 business days to allow for production time. Delivery is then 2-3 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We will notify you if there is any delay beyond this timescale.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@tigersontheloose.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@tigersontheloose.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
